 DESCRIPTION

Villa Adriana, now a huge park, is one of the most important remaining examples of an imperial palace; built by emperor Hadrian, it reflects his architectural genius with innovative construction solutions. Close by there Villa d’Este, a UNESCO World Heritage; built in 1550 by Cardinal Ippolito. It is unique for the extraordinary number of fountains and caves that leave the visitor speechless.

Included in the price of the tour:

  • expert guide in English (or, if available, any other language if required)
  • entrance fees to Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este
  • annual membership to the Association (for non-members)

Entrance tickets: € 8.00 per person (for each Villa); Reduced: 4.00 per person (for each Villa) (reductions for EU students 18-25 years), free for children under 18. The first Sunday of each month admission is free.

Expenses not included:

  • transport to / from the start / end of tour
  • rental of equipment voice
  • expenses for lunch (free)

Time and Place of meeting:

At 9.00 at the exit of the Metro stop B "Ponte Mammolo" area of the turnstiles
Return at around 17.30 to Metro B "Ponte Mammolo"

Booking:

if possible to be made one week before the date of tour
always quote the booking and confirmed by the tour code  (T16)

Reservations must be confirmed by phone to one of the following numbers: (+39) 340 3256889 or (+39) 339 7747727. The telephone confirmation must be given at least 2 days prior to the tour date
Cancellations of reservations NOT refunds will be made if the day before the tour

 Minimum and Maximun number of participants admitted to the Tour:

  • each tour will be made if the number of participants is at least 2 (excluding the income children)
  • each tour will be allowed a maximum of 20 participants (children are excluded from the count)

Useful tips:

  • Wear comfortable shoes, suitable clothing to the temperature of the period, bags or backpacks not heavy and not cumbersome
